Junk or Food
Guess what? Double stuffed Oreos, Doritos, and Twinkies ARE
NOT FOOD! There is NO such thing as junk food…. IT IS EITHER JUNK OR FOOD.
Recently, I read a disturbing article on “junk food”! There
were only 3 things mentioned on the list that were real food, with carrots
somehow being mentioned twice. Everything else was about packaged, processed,
literal crap that in NO way will nourish your body.
Another hard hitting truth: SUGAR IS POISON when it is synthetic
or white. You are literally poisoning your nervous system and yourself. To

Eating processed foods does not allow the processes of your
body to function properly. How can you expect to be healthy when you are
putting junk into your body?
This is different from my usual motivational happy posts but
the article really got me fired up! Committing to yourself and eating REAL
WHOLE food will shift your life. You will have more energy, sleep better, feel
better, move better, and live longer.
